Senior Software Engineer · Independent Product Builder · Tirana, Albania

I turn complex business workflows into reliable software products.

I help companies design and build SaaS platforms, internal operational systems, and production-ready backend services—from domain modelling and architecture to web, mobile, cloud, security, and observability.

Available for selected B2B product-development, consulting, and senior software-engineering engagements across Europe and the United States.

How my work has evolved

My work has expanded from delivering features in established enterprise platforms to owning architecture, operational readiness, and complete product workflows.

  1. 01

    Enterprise systems

Complex domains, production constraints, external integrations, sensitive data, and long-term maintainability.

  2. 02

    Platform and operations

Cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, observability, application security, troubleshooting, and production support.

  3. 03

    End-to-end products

Domain modelling, backend services, web and mobile applications, administration, data, and deployment decisions.

  4. 04

    Product ownership

MVP definition, user roles, operational workflows, delivery priorities, and technical choices shaped by real business constraints.

How that shapes my approach

I approach software as both an engineering system and a business tool. The goal is not only to ship features, but to make the product understandable, operable, and useful.

  • Start with the domain

Clarify users, roles, workflows, constraints, failure cases, and the decisions the software must support before optimizing implementation details.

  • Define a focused first release

Separate essential workflows from later enhancements so that the first release is coherent, testable, and useful.

  • Design for production

Treat validation, security, observability, migrations, error handling, deployment, and operational support as part of the product.

  • Deliver iteratively

Use specifications, small implementation steps, review, and validation to keep complex systems aligned with the original problem.

Ways to work together

Engagements are scoped around the product or technical outcome a company needs.

  • Complete MVP or internal product

From discovery and domain modelling through architecture, implementation, deployment, and an initial production-ready release.

  • Focused technical project

A defined backend, integration, observability, cloud, security, modernization, or reliability initiative.

  • Ongoing B2B engineering engagement

Senior engineering support embedded with an existing product or platform team.

About

I am most engaged by projects where the technical problem is inseparable from the domain: scheduling, inventory integrity, document workflows, fiscalization, accessibility, or production reliability. I enjoy turning those constraints into systems that are understandable, maintainable, and useful to the people operating them.

My professional work has given me experience with established enterprise platforms, integrations, security, and production operations. My independent products let me take that experience further by owning product decisions, architecture, and implementation from the beginning.

Have a software product or technical problem worth discussing?

I am available for selected B2B engagements involving SaaS products, internal operational systems, backend and integration work, cloud infrastructure, application security, observability, and production reliability.

A useful first message includes the problem, intended users, current stage, desired timeline, and any important technical or operational constraints.
