    A warehouse-management system for refrigerated meat import and distribution workflows, covering inventory intake, storage, carton tracking, sales, dispatch, reporting, and operational controls.

    Product and technical design for inventory workflows, stock movements, labeling, operational roles, reporting, auditability, and the web application and data model supporting warehouse staff and administrators.

    Outcome

    Defined the core domain model and operational workflows needed to track inventory movements and warehouse actions with clear auditability and human confirmation around stock-changing operations.

    An Albanian-language augmentative and alternative communication application designed for offline use on affordable tablets by AAC users, therapists, teachers, and assistive-technology specialists.

    Product architecture and proof-of-concept development for communication boards, sentence construction, local content and media, caregiver editing, offline speech output, search, favorites, and protected configuration workflows.

    Outcome

    Established an offline-first application foundation and core communication-board interactions for an underserved Albanian-language use case, with local data, assets, and speech-oriented workflows designed to work without a continuous internet connection.
